Baltic Seamen Agency Ltd was established in 2008. The team of the company has 10-year-experience working together in the crewing business. The previous experience, high qualification of the staff as well as a great desire to gain high results in employment of Baltic seamen with ship owners all over the world allows quite sharp development of the company in spite of the total decrease of economics in the world. At present Baltic Seamen Agency is co-operating with 25 shipping companies in East and West Europe including, UK , Norway, supplying them with seamen of all ranks.

One of the main directions of our work from the beginning is providing of Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian fishermen with a job on Scottish and English fishing boats.

In the meadle of 2009 the company started a co-operation with Norwegian shipping company Boston AS, which appreciated a high qualification of Latvian Cooks, Engineers and AB.

Since October 2010 Baltic Seamen Agency started its co-operation with the UK offshore crewing company: Sartor Offshore Crewing Services Ltd. providing its supply/rescue vessels with the experienced and qualified seamen.
